It's been a while since I have wrote anything on my blog. Life has moved along and I am still struggling to get a publisher for my books. My first book, I Could Be Killing You, I paid to get it published thru Author House. You can get your own copy on Amazon and you won't regret it. It's one hell of a sexy serial killer book. A bigger body count then there are chapters and the kind of death you can cheer for. It's the kind of book that's, Fifty shades of Grey mixed with a little Hanibal Lecktor. The main Character doesn't eat no body parts, but everyone dies in a different way, every chapter. It's the kind of book that will capture your imagination and get your motor running. It's the kind of book you won't regret reading, but It will be hard to put down once you start. I'm trying to find an agent to, but I haven't had any luck in that department either. If I could just get a big publisher to read it, I know they would love it. My second book, I call it my Hemingway, because his books helped to inspire me to write it. It is called, Such is Life and it is a great story. It is based a couple of decades before World War 2 and leads right up to the war. It tells the story of James and Lily who just got married and are both from rich families. The story starts in New York City and ends in Montana when he breaks ties with the family business, then starts his own by building a sawmill in the small town they settle in. They become good friends with someone he hires to help run the mill and both their wives get pregnant around the same time. As the town grows, so do their kids, who they think will end up together when they get old enough. Things don't go quite as planned when the daughter falls for another and things get a little crazy between the two families. The one she falls for ends up getting drafted and who knows his future. I don't want to spoil it for you, but it is an excellent read. Maybe a publisher will read this and get interested. I put in the work, so why can't I get a publisher. So many books not worth reading out there with a publisher, and all I want is to get taken seriously for once in my life. I've been writing stories since I was 9 and I'm now 44, so I would say I have put in dues to the book industry. I just hope that someone looking for that next great book will read this, I deserve a proper look. Until next time,
