My grand kids call me Papa, not grandpa. I got six kids and 3 grand babies. Ellie jean, I call her Jelly Bean, is 2, Dean Main Jr, I call him Chico, is 1. He is 3 feet tall and 30 pounds, he is going to be a beast, a sexy beast, he is a beautiful boy. NFL size and I'm loving that, he'll probably end up like 6 foot 5inches. The newest addition was just born on the 17th, Roxane, but I call her Sweet Pea, like from Popeye. She was only 5.13 pounds when she came out. Chico looks like a giant compared to her. My only son Jeremy Main Jr is 18, is married and they are about to have Jeremy Main the 3rd. I'm proud as a peacock that my son wanted to keep that family name growing. Ash is his wife, I love her as if she was really my daughter, should be giving birth any day now and it will be her first birth. Chico is my little right hand man and Papa is one of his favorite words. I love watching them, when they don't know your watching them. Their expressions are priceless. It amazes me how much the grand babies have bonded to me and my wife Angie. If all else fails, give them to Papa, I will calm them down or just plain put them out, by singing one song after another. You are my sunshine, Silent night, play that funky music white boy, I'm a little tea pot and others. About 10 songs later, they are out. It makes it real hard when they always want to be fused to your hip, but they are definitely worth it. I wouldn't trade all the moments with them, for all the gold in Fort Knox. Especially with how inquisitive my Jelly Bean is. She talks so much and wants to learn everything, new words come popping out all the time. She loves the word burp now, she wants everyone to do it. She is smart as a wip and I would want to die if they were ever gone from my life. I hope the kids never move far away, so if I want, I will always have a chance to see them everyday. It can't just be me, lots of you out there feel that very same way, anyway, that's how I feel about that subject, I'm sure I'll end up with at least 10 grand babies before it's all said and done. Until next time.
