The end is coming, the end is coming! That's all I have heard for years. Get the gist people, when was the last biblical event, in the bible days. It all came from their perception back then. Have we not civilized ourselves since then? Of course there will always be war, but not like back then. As a world why have modernized our thinking and so has God. He is not coming, we are only going, one way or another. He will let us burn ourselves out if that is our destiny. We may fix our planet, I hope, end up in space somewhere or just plain mutate from all the contaminates within our world. We can't run from these problems, only deal with them. The ones without children are the ones not getting the gist about the future. The rich worry about the almighty dollar, rather than the cause and affect of there actions. Anyway, for all you out there that pack into churches every Sunday, God watches you the rest of the week to. Maybe you should read that book you guys put so much stock in. This folks is one of the major reasons I don't go to church. For one I was forced to go when I was younger. I got baptized at five different churches, just to get them off my back. Once you do it they leave you alone about your salvation. For two, try walking into any church in this country wearing jeans and a t-shirt. mind you, I'm not talking dirty clothes either, and they will look down their noses at you. Hypocrits! The lot of you. I'm not saying all of them are that way, but at least 85%. Another thing, Jesus said " Look beneath a tree or in a meadow, I will be there. Nothing about go to that building every Sunday. You know why? Because your body is your temple, not that building and that's all it is. And what about all those false idols! They are statues and stuff like that? And what about the bible saying we are all on the same level, not in so many words, but the preacher sits up above everyone? And what about Jesus, going from age 12 to 30, how did that happen? It's a miracle! No It's bullshit, because they didn't want you to know what Jesus thought about what was going to happen to him. To come to grips with the truth of his life. And you know he was pulling down some major booty back then. Oh, come on, you don't think he was getting laid? His teenage years must have been great and into his twenties. Who knows how many children he may have had, there were no condoms back them. You would be very naive to think other wise and you have to know Mary and Joseph had sex sometime, that means brothers and sisters. It probably happen after Jesus was born, but you know he was doing the humpty dance after that. For all you out there, especially those on death row or prison, who say please God forgive me or I believe in you, just to make it look good. God knows if your bullshitting, so think about that. Me, myself, I believe in God, but I do it in my own way. I don't need a church to know he is there and neither do you. Churches have become some of the riches businesses in the world. Look at the Catholics, collecting money all over the world and it all goes to the Vatican bank account so they can continue to build their golden city. Meanwhile try an get any help from them, haha, yah right, maybe a bowl of soup. Alot of their churches are very poor in other countries, but the money still goes to the Vatican. And they morn their religion and make their people think they can remove sin by talking to some pervert in a white collar. You think God will forgive them for being child molesters? And of course the church all mighty ignores these things to. Isn't that like condoning it? They should just let them have sex, maybe, just maybe that would fix the problem. Until then, I think we should fry their asses! Well I think I ranted enough for now. A couple installments back is what I wrote about my novel. It's a serial killer novel with a great twist in the end. If your wondering about it, look thru my installments and you will find a more complete discription of my book. Just going on a rant!
I'm starting to hear from some of you, and so far it's been a big thumbs up about the blog and my book. For the people who do read my blog I am going to start a monthly contest. All of the people I know are following the blog, their under followers, all I think you need is an email address, anyway out of all the people on the followers list, I will pick one name per month. Starting when, I don't know, there is no one in my followers list. What do they get a chance to win? A poem for what ever the occasion my be. Maybe it's your anniversary or asking her to marry you. How would you like to pull off some poetic verbage at that special moment. It's always nice to be ORIGINAL. It could just be a way to make up with the one you love or to break the ice with the one you can't bring yourself to talk to. There are a lot of shy people out there, they definitely have the wanting, just not the confidence to act when the opportunity presents itself. Imagine just walking up and hand them a piece of paper or just an email. Just like I would email you with it, so no one else would know. Unless you would like to share it yourself. If you need a certain sentence or name, I'll put it in there. Don't sound to bad huh? I got to have you on the list in order to do the monthly drawing. That gives you until October 31, Halloween night to sign up and I will let you all know who won by November 2.
I will leave you with a little Halloween thinking in a poem I wrote.
The True Spirit of Halloween
It begin to fly, the dead of night,
as black as coal with ghostly fright.
The dark comes fast for ghouls to roam,
to hypnotize all, like a spell bound poem.
The darkness brings it all back alive,
for witches and demons will soon arrive.
potions to brew with the eye of newt,
many to see and try to recruit.
Creepy things crawl from the ground,
and bones from the graves, dancing around.
Deathly calls shriek through the mist,
clutching your heart like a tightly clinched fist.
No where to go as it closes in,
tear drops fall on your trembling skin.
Your courage is gone you come to find,
as the evil plays with your mind.
Hearing the death march coming to call,
no where to hide, no where at all.
And will you survive to the sunrise,
if your alive it will be a surprise.
It passes your house while smelling that fear,
I guess you'll live, until next year.
P.S. My kids love that, but they are teens and older. Until next time.

how it gets done
A writer writes- when it's the first thing on your mind when you wake up and the last thing you think about before you fall asleep, you just might be a redneck, haha. No a writer. You may not even know until you try. everyone out there has hidden talents, don't think not me, that's bull and your lazy. Get up off your shoulders and do something with your life. if it's not working, change it. If you hate the one your with, walk away. RIGHT NOW! This is your time, take a shot and don't let anyone try to stop you. With their hands and especially their words. Words cannot stop you, only you can stop your own progress in life. If it knocks you down, get the fuck up, dust yourself off and keep moving on! Wasted talent is the worst thing on this planet. Just think if everyone lived up to their potential, the world would be a much better place. Reach for it, learn about it and then go do it, one way or another. Life is short, your 16, then in a flash your 60. Shit, where did the time go? It's never to late for anything. I just read about a guy like 56 and never played guitar. Within 3 years he became known as the new blues king out of Memphis. He plays down on Beal st. You know what I'm talking about if you been down there. B.B. King!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Talk about a man never giving up on his dreams and he didn't know he had them, until he heard this certain song on the radio. Life will run you over if you let it. Don't just sit there and wait for the truck to do it. My book was lost a couple times, it took 15 years to finish, I had very little time to write at all because of 40 plus hours at work through the years, the over all downer of all the shitty words from family and friends ( so called jokes) like your never gonna get published, you might as well quit while your ahead. I hate that saying. AHEAD OF WHAT!!!! Your never ahead until you get where your going, not where your at or where you been. Now take your head out of your ass and get to work. Good luck on all your plans, ideas and your hidden talent. Figure out what it is and run with it.

As I see it
As I sat at the hospital, watching my oldest daughter give birth to my third grand baby, it's a girl. Thoughts of time just flying by, but I absolutely know where the time went, no question about it. I was born on Christmas and this year I turn the big 40. For a good portion of it, it was a pretty rough ride. I've been near death and almost killed a handful of times. It's rough when someone has a gun in your face and that happen more than once. I think that helped bring a genuine realizm to my first novel, it's about a serial killer on death row for crimes he did not commit. Most writers don't have anywhere near the hardcore life experiences I have been thru and I have a flavorable talent for writing. Not like some of those hacks out there, getting book after book published because of their name. At first, they started off pretty decent, but still over did all there descriptions of the books. For years now just pumping out predictable stupid stories that drone on and on, page after page, just to make the books 50 to 100 pages thicker. If you don't know what I'm saying, read the first few pages of The Grapes of Wrath. It was written way back, but no one needs to know that much about dirt. My book is hardcore and to the point. The point of view of a man about to be put to death and spilling it all. Why not? He has nothing to lose and thinking, why not get it into print. They can't use it against me once I'm dead. Americans love death and murder, especially serial killers. Intrigued about the how, where and when, but never really getting the real WHY. Well you get all that and more with
I Could Be Killing You my novel
A great story of an abusive beginning, to the growing killing nature of a natural born killer manipulating his way thru his teen years, to becoming a man in charge of his own destiny. More than 30 are killed thru out the book, in many different ways. It is anything but perdictable, with a great twist near the end. The main character will talk to you. You may not always like what he has to say or you may just hate him from jump street. In the end, you will be pulling for him in the end and those around him. Once you open my book, it will be very hard to put down, always wanting to know what happens next. Inside, you'll find : Murder and manipulation, love and lust, sex and the social order of things, adventure and excitement, a saviour and a innocent soul, rape and reality, rantings of a dieing man and revelations of a whole new life, the udder destruction of the human body and living death of a still beating heart. Sounds pretty good huh? I'm going to keep trying to get published and pounding away until the book is out there, for you all to read.

Another day in the dark
I sit here thinking to myself be positive, don't let it get you down. Sometimes it's like a dark cloud over my head. Will I ever get published? I say yes, because it would be an awful waist of talent if not. I was born to write, I been doing it since I was 9 years old. Most of which got lost over the years of moving with my mom or it was just plain ruined by water damage and things like that. My novel took 15 years to write. For one from working full-time hour and having a big family. Two, I had to start over 3 times. The first time I wrote it, I put it on tablets, which were ruined by water damage, which happen in one of my moves with my wife. Then I started again a few months later on our computer. I got 150 pages done and the hard drive fried out, smoke rolled out the back! It took about a month before I would write anything, I almost gave up all together. I found a typewriter at a second hand store and started over. About ten typewriters later I finally finished the book. It's been two and a half years since I finished and it's still not published. I guess that's a good start, I'll rant about the publishing world next time.
