Siblings
I heard in a movie once, you don't turn your back on family, even if they do. How long and how many times do you go through the same shit with them. Twenty or thirty times of you trying to get them out of trouble? But how much is to much when a needle and their drug of choice has them by the throat. Or what about how many times they have been to prison? That same old story they tell you while they are in there. I'll never do that again and I will stay clean when I get out. But it's all a lie and it is every time they tell it. My last straw with two of my brothers came after I got them early parole, a place to live and a job where I was working at the time. We don't speak any more and they are both back on the needle. I have six siblings and I only talk to my brother Todd. He was smart like me and moved out of state, away from the rest of them. I hope it's different for you with your siblings. Just remember to love the ones you can, while you can.

Politics
Is it just me or are all of you sick of all these ads on TV where they just spout crap about each other. Very little is of a positive nature and it just another reason I don't vote. To me there are no good politicians, they are all lying about something. So you have to sift through all the bad and decide who is the best of the worst. In the end, they get into office and nothing gets done in the long run. So how do you trust any of them and why do we vote? To me, it's a dead end situation that will never change. You got to ask yourself, why spend millions in commercials to get a job worth 60 grand a year. It's for all those kick backs worth millions a year, to buy their votes. It's a vicious circle with no end in sight. That's just what I think, how about you? Until next time,

Quit Smoking
Talk about one of the hardest things anyone can do. It seems simple enough, just put them down, throw them away or give them to someone else. It's not though, and most will hide what's left of their pack for when they want to sneak one. Some people tapper off the smokes, but people like me go cold turkey. That's right, I just quit 3 days ago and I am split between being glad I quit and the need to take that next drag. People think it's only a cig when they start, it's cool, I can stop anytime. I started when I was 11 and I have quit a few times. It never seemed to take, but I hope it will this time. People don't think it, but they are as addictive as all those hard core drugs out there. Not only that, they can kill you or just leave you with a hole in your throat. So think about quitting for your health and for all those around your cloud of smoke. I recommend Chantix to have a real shot at quitting. Until next time,

Neighbors
How well do you really know them? Some don't know their neighbors at all. You see them leave their house every once in a while and you don't even wave to these people. You see that a lot in big cities and all the buildings they live in. Some even die, but no one knows until the smell drifts into the hallway. Some think they know their neighbors very well, but that's not always the case. Like with serial killers. Point in fact, John Wayne Gacy, his neighbors really liked him until the smell got to bad coming from under his house. Remember this, every serial killer in history had neighbors at one time. Just a little something to think about, can you truly know your neighbors? Until next time,

Drugs are killing
I know you see it all the time, with your brother, your sister or even one of your parents. My family is no different and it's killing them everyday of their life. Snorting for some, but the needle for even more out there. They are a shell of their former self, the real walking dead. They wake up everyday and their first thought, is where they will get their next taste. Not what they will eat or should they take a shower. No, they scramble for that next fix that will get them by. Two of my own brothers I helped to get out of prison early, gave them a place to live and got them a job. I tried so hard to keep them clean and today, they are both back on the needle, a shell of their former self. It can happen to any family, so just hope it doesn't happen to yours. Until next time,

Abortion
This is a very touchy subject, and that's exactly why I wanted to post about it. I believe there is two sides to this subject, but not exactly what you think. To me the only reason I am against it, is when a woman uses it for birth control. I know a female, who I will not name, who had to many abortions in her life time. To me, that is as wrong as it gets and that's a big reason why people stand out there holding signs. Now on the other side of that coin flip, there are many reasons why those idiots shouldn't be out there holding signs. For one, how about those women out there that are raped. Imagine if that were your daughter, your wife, your niece or even your grand daughter. If it was one of them, are you still ready to put that sign in their face? How about those who could die trying to be pregnant? Shouldn't they have the choice to live? Just something to think about the next time your ready to stand out there with a sign in your hand and screaming at the women going into one of those places. And last but not least, let's not forget about those that go there to get birth control. Do they deserve to be called a baby killer? Until next time,

Readers out there
To all you readers out there, I'm here to say sorry for all those long winded books out there. Sorry that some authors think readers are stupid. Dragging their books along page by page with so much over description. No one needs five pages on a creepy old house or about anything they can drag the story out with. Some details of course are needed, but not to the extent they are taking it. For many years this is been going on, but you continue to read them for their name sake alone. Running out to buy their new book that's over 500 pages, but would be more like 350 pages, if they took out all that extra description. It's just my opinion, but I'm sure some of you out there would agree with me.

Are you alone
Well are you? Are you truly alone? It's an excellent question for so many out there. Take New York City for example, most are alone there and it's sad. Most don't even know their neighbors. A place where a person could die in there apartment and no one would know until the smell creeps out into the hall. No family to speak of and in a place where millions can walk by you in a day. Everyday they are elbow to elbow on the street and no one knows the other. Then there is those that become victims in the city, alone in the street or in their apartment, being killed or hurt. Imagine laying there alone without a soul even caring and some that will just walk on by. Most feel it's worth it living in a place like that, even alone in the world. I can't see it myself, I don't know what I would do without my family at home. It makes me smile every time my grand kids run up to me for a hug. Being alone is something no one should have to live through, so think about it and find a reason to make that connection. So don't be alone, share your life with someone.

I Could Be Killing You
That's right, I Could Be Killing You, is finally out and you can get it at Amazon. I will tell you about my book and make you want to get a copy for your own reading pleasure. For starters, it has more killing than all the Saw movies combine. An emotional roller coaster right to the end and a very provocative adventure. The main character is a serial killer and he is telling his whole story from Death Row. There is sex, lust and love, along with undying friendship and even those in the need to be saved. Before it is all over, you will talk to the man himself and learn to walk in his shoes. You will love Max and Montana and by the end, you will be cheering for a serial killer. Trust me, you will love this page turner. Until next time,

Weed or not to weed
For me it's weed and all it's advantages. That's right, for me it helps to curb my natural anger problem. There are times you just want to smash someone's face or run them off the road for driving so stupid. Some many of you out there, that have felt that same way. What do most of you do? Head right for the nearest bar. You start drinking and those emotions will soon take over, then you leave drunk. Millions of you have been in that place at least once in your life, for some it's everyday. Is that drink really the answer? Or is there a better way to ride through those emotions. Take it slow at first, but catch yourself a buzz. It will mello the way you are thinking and make most outings more user friendly. Imagine if the people in the Middle East smoked a joint, there would be a lot less war in this world. Promoting peaceful thoughts across Asia and maybe changing the world. I know it is wishful thinking, but I think you got my point about weed. Another thing, people drink and drive, then get into accidents. You never here about someone being high and crashing. It makes you more aware and most people don't drive when they are high. Most are at home or hanging out some where. I have a buzz right now as I am writing this, so it just goes to show, it doesn't make you brain dead. In fact it helps me to be creative with my writing. The only thing you should be worried about, is getting the munchies. Until next time,

Crazy is the new normal
Think about it, a big portion of the United States down some sort of pill to get through the day. Those out their professing to be normal, most of them are on Prozac. There most be at least a hundred different mood altering drugs with very long names. So many people out there that are diagnosed Bipolar and so many more out there undiagnosed. Crazy and they don't even notice. They think it's normal the way they act and no one tells them. Most of the time, it's said to take this person with a grain of salt or you shouldn't take it to heart. Their moods will shift quickly, bouncing from elating highs of happiness to deep depression. With the proper medication, you can begin to feel better. That goes for other symptoms of crazy that can be worse. The right medication can change a life and all those around that person. So don't be upset that your crazy, go get check out and see what kind of crazy you are? Until next time,

Serial Killers
Serial killers are very interesting to many people out there. Is it the person themselves once they are caught? Is it the number of people they slaughtered along the way, or their method of madness? The devil is in the details and some out there, well they crave that kind of information. There are many levels to this kind of thinking. Starting with those who are aware of such things in the world, praying to keep there love ones safe from that sort of thing. Then there are those who dabble in the subject matter for school papers and research. Then there are the fans, those who read every book they can find and watch every movie that comes close to having a body. They are also avid scanners of the web for all kinds of information about the serial killers of the past. Last of all are the followers, those die hard few that write to death row inmates. Knowing the person will never see the light of day, never free to kill again. Even with all that, they believe with all their hearts and minds, that some day that serial killer will walk out of those prison doors. Out of all the millions out there, a big portion are among those I have been talking about. These days you see it every where, at the movies and on television. A prime example of that is the show called The Followers, it is all about a serial killer and those who are willing to kill in his name. All of this is the reason I wrote my first novel, I Could Be Killing You. From working fulltime, it took me 18 years to write it. I rewrote it three times to give everyone out there, exactly what they are looking for in this kind of novel. A bigger body count then all the Saw movies combined, adventure, sex, love, lust, a roller coaster of emotion and it all comes first hand from the main character who is a serial killer. He tells everything, from his meek beginning to death row. The best part is the conversation he will have with you! The strange part will be when you answer him, either out loud or in your head. One way or another, it will change your mind about certain things. The hard part will be putting the book down, it's a real page turner. If you would like a visual aspect of the book, you can pull out an road Atlas and follow their footsteps. The book is being published by Author House and will be out in stores like Hastings in a very short time. If they don't have it, they can order it for you. It's the best serial killer novel you will read this year. Until next time, Writer in Limbo
